Beton Parke ve Briket Makinesi
Bu ürün BM 1025 C ve BM 820 C ve BM 1236 C modelinden daha fazla üretim yapabilmek için tasarlanmıştır. Makinen ayrıca 5cm’den 30 cm’ye kadar ürün basabilen modelleri bulunmaktadır. Makinenin harç besleme bölümü müşterinin isteğine uygun olarak,manuel yada tam otomatik olarak üretilebilmektedir. Makinenin harç hazırlama kısmında, 1000 dm3 harç hazırlama kapasitesine sahip BM 1000 Mikserin yanı sıra; çimento silosu, harç ve kum bantları, bunker vb ürünler bulunmaktadır. BM1842 C beton parke ve briket makinesi saatte 100–120 palet baskı kapasitesinde olup; kalıp değiştirmek suretiyle, kilit parke taşı, bordür, briket, yağmur oluğu, çim taşı vb. taşların üretimini sağlamaktadır. Bu üretim ancak ölçüleri belirlenen tahta paletler üzerine yapılabilmektedir. Bu sistem ile bir defada 42 adet kilitli parke taşı ya da 18 adet 20x40x20 briket üretilebilmektedir.
BM 1842 C 5cm’den 30cm’ye kadar ürün basabilmektedir. Makinenin harç besleme bölümü tam otomatik olarak üretilmektedir. Makinenin harç hazırlama kısmında, 1000 dm³ harç hazırlama kapasitesine sahip BM 1000 Mikser’in yanı sıra; çimento silosu, harç ve kum bantları, bunker vb. ürünler bulunmaktadır. Normal de çift bunkerli olan makine; bordür, kilit parke taşı gibi ürünler üzerine film tabakası uygulaması istenmediği takdirde, tek harç bunkerli olarak da üretilebilmektedir. Makinede bütün hareketler hidrolik sistemle sağlanmaktadır. BM 1842 C makinesinin hareketlerinin tamamı PLC sistemi ile kontrol edilmektedir. Bu sistem sayesinde; makine üzerinde oluşan arızalar, makine baskı sayısı, ürün adedi vb. fonksiyonlar rahatça gözlemlenebilmektedir. Çıkan ürün ayaklı tahta palet kullanılarak istifleme robotuyla sıralanabilmektedir.
