BM-TB10 VIBRATING GRIZZLY FEEDERS / STOCK BUNKERS GENERAL FEATURES Sabit veya seyyar tesislerde kırılacak malzemeyi primer çeneli veya darbeli kırıcıya beslemek için özel olarak dizayn edilmişlerdir. Bunker kamyon ile doldurulur ve ayarlanabilir ızgaralar sayesinde malzeme kırıcıya beslenirken ince malzeme ayrılır. Bu işlem kırılmasına gerek olmayan malzemeleri kırıcıya göndermeyerek kapasiteyi artırmak veya toprak vs. gibi istenmeyen malzemeyi ayıklamak içindir, böylece toprak vs. gibi istenmeyen malzemeler proses dışına atılmış olurlar. Titreşimli besleyici bir çift vibromotor ile çalışır. Bu vibromotorların titreşimi sağlayan santrifuj vurma kuvvetleri vibromotorların egsantrik ağırlıkları sayesinde ayarlanabilir. Besleyicinin gövdesi taşıyıcı şaseye yükleme darbelerini absorbe eden ve titreşimi sağlayan ağır tip helisel yaylar ile oturur.
