BM-TK16 Üçüncü kademe kırma işlemi için kullanılırlar. Bu kırıcılar yumuşak ve orta sertlikteki malzemeyi kırmak için dizayn edilmiştir. Rotoru her iki yönde de dönebilen bu kırıcıların bu sayede paletlerinin dört köşesi de kullanılabilir. Paletin bir köşesi aşındığında makina diğer yönde çalıştırılarak diğer köşesi kullanılır, ikinci köşeside aşındığında palet alt üst çevrilerek diğer iki köşesi kullanılır. Malzeme rotor paletleri tarafından ayarlanabilen kırma çubuklarına çarptırılarak kırılır ve
kırılarak ayarlanan ölçüye gelmedikçe makinayı terk etmez. Bu ayarlanabilir kırma çubukları sayesinde makinadan çıkabilecek en büyük ürün ölçüsü belirlenebilir. Bu kırıcılar elektrik motoru ile kayışkasnak akupleli olarak çalışmaktadır.
